Online Booking Appointments
As well as phoning or coming in to the Practice appointments can now be booked online. EMIS Access is an appointment booking service available online now. Please ask at reception for registration.
Your telephone call to reception may be recorded for Training and Development Purposes.

Appointments
We offer a comprehensive appointments system with a range of appointments running from 8.00am-6.00pm with 2 late surgeries available per week from 6.00pm-8.00pm.
When you contact the Practice for an appointment you will be offered the next available appointment. Future appointments can only be booked 1 week in advance. If you feel that your symptoms require urgent attention and cannot wait for the next available appointment, you can speak with one of our trained Practice Advisers. They will ask you for a brief description of your symptoms, along with your contact telephone number. Asking these important questions ensures that you are directed to the appropriate Clinician or Service, giving this information assists the Clinicians to prioritise the days calls. We would urge you to always telephone the Practice if you require urgent on the day treatment, drop-ins will be seen at the duty Clinicians discretion.
